The buyer has accepted our counter counter offer, and the rental house is now under contract. This just means that the house will get a home inspection, and we will have to negotiate the repair list. We have set a $1000 cap, under the contract, which the finance company made the seller take out. We shall see what happens.
I'm just glad to get this far into the process, but a lot could happen between now and the signing of the papers.
