A Closer Look

My apologies to Linda for the confusing post about the [new to me] used truck. I was trying to be funny and misdirect people with the nicer truck that I'd like to own. Here's a closer look at my new F-150...

Small dent and scratch on rear panel

Enough room for the kids. Ross likes to jump out like a paratrooper while holding the seatbelt.

New steering wheel cover, the other one was picked to death.

Plenty of room for three small boys.

169K miles and solid

Upgraded radio, but I'd like better speakers...and a radar detector.

Plenty of power, but I try to drive like an old man to save on gas.

I'll clean the engine when the weather gets a little warmer. Anyways, get some prepping done because this is gonna be a rougher year for everyone. - K

  1. That's about exactly what I'm looking for. Did they have two?

    1. I'm not sure where they are on the lease cycle, but I'll ask. Generally, he gets a list of the vehicles and the company offers them first dibs to buy them.

    1. Thanks, it was really a blessing with everything going on. Plus, it'll be great for the future homestead. We are starting to look at property on a casual basis.

    2. After trying to turn our vacation place into a BOL, my best advice is stay within 100 miles of home, if possible.

    3. It'll be or primary residence and homestead/hobby farm.

  3. Congratulations! Great truck. Ours has the half door like that for the back seat. It's a little tight with two grown boys in the back, but I am short enough I can move my seat up to make do. More often we use the Navigator we got at a good deal back in 2012. That seats 4 more easily.
And you'll have power when you need it, which is good.
    Enjoy it and be safe!
