Stressors and Their Relief

When I'm stressed, I usually carry it in my shoulders and lose sleep. The lost sleep translates into being a lot grumpier than normal. So, what does this have to do with prepping? Preparation for the stress. Melatonin is a good natural remedy for having trouble falling asleep, and aspirin is good for the sore muscles. The most obvious is to share the stress with the spouse, and like most guys the area of communication needs some work. Prayer helps too...


If or when things get rough, how do you handle the stress? Are you able to cope without leaving the house if it was a SHTF scenario?  Some food for thought.
